Thank you for your interest in either renting one of the Special Use Facilities or requesting event support for your event on campus.

As a UTEP Department, enjoy the waived Facility Usage and Equipment Fee(s). However, please note that labor costs for delivery, setup, support, strike, return of equipment and/or within the Special Use Facilities will be billed to your Department via IDT at the end of the billing cycle each month.

A Cost Center must be provided at the time of request. Once a Cost Center has been acquired, please proceed with this questionnaire to request a quote for facility use or services needed.
