PICKUP: When will you pickup the backdrop? Please provide 3 DIFFERENT DATES and TIME options when you are available to pick up the backdrop. Kindly allow for a 30-minute pickup window so we have enough time to inspect the backdrop and document its condition before checking out. This helps ensure the backdrop is returned in the same condition in which it was borrowed. 
RETURN: Provide the DATE and TIME you will return the backdrop after your event? Please return all borrowed items no later than 2 days after use. Kindly allow for a 30-minute pickup window so we have enough time to inspect the backdrop and document its condition. If you need to arrange a later return time please let us know at the time of your request, so that we can make the necessary accommodations.
