You are being asked to take part in a research study about caregiver and practitioner experiences with occupational therapy services provided to children undergoing cancer treatment, including perceived roles, challenges, and benefits. Researchers are also investigating how caregivers and practitioners perceive occupational therapy as influencing children’s ability to engage in meaningful daily activities (e.g., self-care, play, school participation) during cancer treatment, and to inform future occupational therapy interventions and practice to improve service delivery, family-centered care approaches, and occupational engagement in pediatric oncology settings. Your responses are completely anonymous and cannot be linked back to you. Participation is voluntary. Completing the survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes.
