The Innovation in Outreach team at UTEP is excited to partner with schools, educators, families, community organizations, and other stakeholders to provide engaging educational experiences for PreK–10 students. If your request does not fit within our Campus Visit, Classroom Presentation, or College/Career Day & Tabling Event services, please use this form to share details about your event, program, or outreach need. We welcome requests for workshops, family engagement activities, special events, partnerships, and other customized outreach opportunities. We understand that some events and outreach opportunities may have unique needs. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your request and determine how our team may be able to support your event. Please keep the following in mind:
- Requests are reviewed based on staff availability, scheduling, program capacity, and the specific needs of the event.
- While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and requested activities, availability cannot be guaranteed. A member of our team will review your submission and follow up regarding next steps and any additional information that may be needed.
- We encourage requests to be submitted at least four weeks in advance whenever possible.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee that your request can be accommodated.
